When I first heard about the SEC rule, I wasn't very excited because it was so vague. But what I'm realizing, because of what I've learned from Quantum, is it's really good.

This is forcing every company to exercise this muscle between HR, CEO, and finance and decide: a) what data do we care about it, b) how do we get that data and clean it up, c) how do we tell a story around that data, and d) what are we going to do about that data.
